Responsibility

  • maintain oversight of invoices, expense claims etc. on behalf of project staff ensuring all expenditure is against correct budget sub-headings. Early escalation of all financial queries to the Business and Operations Manager and PHSI Finance team
  • source commodities and equipment on behalf of project staff. Liaise with support staff to execute and monitor purchasing and ensure efficient distribution of items on their receipt
