Responsibility

  • the Sales Executive is responsible for converting and generating sales from new and existing customers against personal and company revenue targets
  • this will be a mixture of inbound and outbound activities as required
  • you will use all available tools and technologies to engage with and delight customers whether on the phone, video calls, live chat, emails, social media and so on
  • as a Sales Executive, you will be highly motivated and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service by building strong rapport and selling a solution to best fit the customers’ needs and wants
  • effective handling of all sales related customer calls, live chats, emails, and social media interactions to ensure a minimum of 80% of your time is spent on direct sales activities

Education

  • A-Level or equivalent
