Responsibility
- our Support Workers are key members of our team, providing high standards of person-centred support and care to our young people
- we are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join our team as a Part Time Support Worker at our 3 bedroom residential children’s home based in Maesteg, Bridgend
- through a creative and caring approach, you will build good relationships with our young people, supporting them to achieve their potential and explore new opportunities and interests
- ensure the Placement Plan for each child is followed and adhered to at all times
- all employees must adhere to our Covid-19 Policy and Procedure
- drive young people to contact, appointments, education and leisure
- to attend meetings and training, as required
