Responsibility
- we are looking for a legal secretary who is able to provide support across a broad range of legal services
- providing support to fee earners in various practice areas, and in particular private client work
- digital dictation
- drafting and completing legal documents
- dealing directly with clients, third party organisations and other firms of solicitors
- carrying out tasks for designated Fee Earner from instruction through to completion
- the role will suit a candidate looking for interest and variety in their daily work and also looking to progress their career through potential paralegal training
- in particular, the position will involve
Requirements
- able to work accurately and effectively
- experienced across a range of legal services
- comfortable with IT and, ideally, Lawware
- good communicator
