take ownership of Service Requests to fulfil these quickly and maintain up to date/accurate records
work as part of a team to provide daily and on-call technical support 24x7x365 on file storage solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of data
support ongoing version releases, including testing and deployments

Requirements
experience with supporting file-based storage systems is required
experience of cloud file storage solutions would be preferable
an understanding of Active Directory is required

Requirements
minimum 7 years in a technical support role, with managerial experience preferred
proficiency in supporting file-based storage systems, such as NetApp or Dell EMC
familiarity with cloud file storage solutions
understanding of Active Directory
experience in providing client support
preferable experience with Nutanix and hardware installation
ITIL Training & Certification preferred
proficiency in using Service Management ticketing systems

Requirements
experience in process automation technologies
solid demonstrable experience working with Linux
experience in using Privileged Action Management tools, such as Delinea
strong experience in scripting languages such as Python, Bash or Javascript
experience around data governance
excellent issue analysis, troubleshooting and fault finding skills
experience in applying and renewing certificates
good understanding of networking protocols TCP/IP stack, DNS and VPN
