Responsibility
- based at our Leeds Head Office and reporting to the Commercial Director, you will hold day to day responsibility for
- the preparation of technical tender proposals required in response to long term service Contracts and one-off
- projects for passive fire protection services across the social housing, education, health care and student
- accommodation sectors
- compile, edit, and proofread commercial proposals which contain technical content ensuring that these are
- key Deliverables
- review and revise documents prepared by others and coordinate the preparation of those materials in a completed bid document
- your primary responsibility will be to write high quality bid responses for new tenders
Requirements
- writing experience in a technical authoring field
- technical awareness including an understanding of building service solutions
- excellent interpersonal skills
- able to provide leadership and guidance to less experienced personnel
- able to work to tight timescales particularly when developing proposals
- team and action oriented; proactive in prioritising own workload and assigned areas of responsibility to
