- collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repair jobs
- providing timely information and updates to team members and colleagues
- ensuring all tasks are carried out in compliance with Health and Safety guidelines, wearing any PPE provided and ensuring that work areas are kept clean and tidy
- working closely with the team to ensure the vehicle is repaired in a timely manner
Requirements
- experience: Minimum of 3 years in classic car restoration or panel beating, with a portfolio of completed projects
- technical Skills: Proficiency in metal fabrication, welding, and shaping techniques specific to vintage and classic vehicles
- attention to Detail: Exceptional precision to meet high restoration standards and maintain vehicle authenticity
- passion for Classic Cars: A genuine enthusiasm for preserving and restoring classic vehicles
- problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and creatively resolve unique restoration challenges
- project Management: Experience managing full restoration projects from start to completion
- custom Fabrication: Expertise in creating bespoke components to match unavailable original parts
- knowledge of Classic Cars: Familiarity with a variety of classic car models, including their construction and historical significance
