- working with the Head of Marketing & PR to plan and execute creative campaigns to create buzz and drive sales
- creating social media content to increase engagement and followers
- uploading books to NetGalley, GoodReads, website, etc
- identifying brand and influencer partnership opportunities to grow reach
- engaging online communities to generate buzz around Neem Tree Press’s books
- organising events, incl. book launches, festivals and conferences
- communicating marketing plans to key internal and external stakeholders
- supporting the wider publishing team with other duties, as and when needed
Requirements
- experience in the book trade, incl. publishing/bookshop job, marketing internship, or university study
- interest in literary fiction, particularly international/translated books
- meticulous attention to detail and exceptional spelling and grammar
- ability to prioritise varied tasks and meet deadlines
- strong teamworking skills
