as a member of the Property & Estate Services team , provide a measured, professional service. Covering maintenance of a responsive, preventative, and progressive nature
the estate comprises of Individual Lodge properties, The Langdale Hotel, The Brimstone Hotel, Fitness & Leisure centre and Brimstone Spa, The Stove restaurant, and Wainwrights public house
conduct routine and emergency maintenance and minor repairs
support all hotel departmental maintenance programs and execute daily, weekly and monthly check-lists
to proactively control cost, productivity levels and product development to achieve the budgeted wage costs and budget consumable costs whilst maintaining standards throughout all areas of responsibility

Requirements

understanding of Hospitality environments
ability to fulfil general maintenance tasks, safety regulations and compliance policies
ability to work independently on your own initiative and problem solve
ability to work as part of a team
ability to undertake a varied workload, to the highest standard and work to tight deadlines
work with a diligent attention to detail
innovative and contribute to the development and improvement of the estate
