- project Engineering support for the Group’s Port and Terminal Development Activities
- provide engineering and operational support and assistance to all operational areas
- engineering and Operational Support of the Group’s Worldwide Terminals and Bagging operations
- be the designated Single Point of Contact for designated Engineering and Operational activities for Mozambique
- be the designated Single Point of Contact for designated Engineering and Operational activities for Belgium & Head Office
- implementing Engineering and Operational standards
