NCS GROUP HOLDINGS is looking for employees for positions:
- level 3 plumbing NVQ
- gas Safe
- plumbing: 5 years
- plumbing Or gas fitting.: 5 years
- day to day accounting operations such as data entry of purchase invoices, data entry of bank transactions, and raising sales invoices
- handling incoming emails
- dealing with subcontractors’ invoices and payments
- assisting with CIS submissions and reconciliations
- handling supplier invoices
- making bank payments for all supplier invoices, staff wages, HMRC payments etc
- providing administrative and clerical support as needed
- additional bookkeeping duties as designated by management
- proven experience in an accounting role within the construction industry
- strong knowledge of UK accounting standards
- we are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our team where the individual will report directly to the managing Director
- strong knowledge of VAT and CIS
- experience using Sage 50 accounts is essential for this role
- the candidate will be responsible for the bookkeeping of all 4 businesses
- part-time bookkeeper & administrator needed to ensure company records are maintained accurately and efficiently
- excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
