Responsibility

  • providing phone cover for Service Desk to assist with absences due to sickness and holiday
  • supporting MD, OM and Senior Team Leaders with administrative tasks as required
  • updating contact and emergency information
  • producing site folders and sending out as requested by field staff
  • maintaining and updating the shared Travel spreadsheet
  • ensuring current liability insurance certificates are held on file for all active SCPs
  • any other duties identified by the MD due to the changing needs of the business
  • supporting with the onboarding and induction of new starters
