Responsibility
- we are a busy 5\* salon group based in Bridgend and are expanding our team
- we re looking for someone that holds a Level 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy
- perform a variety of beauty treatments, manicures, pedicures, waxing, facials, massages, and more
- conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their specific preferences and concerns
- recommend appropriate treatments and products based on clients' individual needs
- the position comes with commission opportunities above the basic wage
- maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards
- stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
Requirements
- proven experience as a Beauty Therapist, preferably 2 years in a similar high-end salon or spa environment
- level 3 in beauty therapy
- proficiency in a wide range of beauty treatments and therapies
- strong knowledge of skincare products and their applications
- exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
- excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
- attention to detail and the ability to deliver precise treatments
