Responsibility

  • assist with the purchasing of all materials and packaging
  • manage deliveries and custom clearance
  • to ensure purchase orders are raised and circulated in a swift and efficient manner
  • allocate the order to correct suppliers
  • to provide accurate, relevant and timely information and reports as required
  • updating the OTD tracker daily and plastic tax data gathering tracker weekly with relevant data
  • assist the Procurement Manager to source and follow up on NPD materials
  • responsibility for day-to-day Procurement activities
