responsible for the administration of the Purchase Ledger
ensure all invoices are checked against purchase orders, Good’s Received Notes’ , and authorised for payment
process payments, cheques & BACS, on a fortnightly basis
maintain good supplier relations, by providing excellent and timely response to queries
maintain PIR register when invoices are received
liaise with Sales Ledger to ensure all contra’s between the ledgers are posted on a timely basis
perform purchase ledger period end to agreed deadlines
oversee the Company expenses and Barclaycard process and ensure expenses are paid on a timely basis

perform accurate recording and reporting of all process and quality checks
ensure production schedules and set targets are met
