Responsibility

  • safely operate a van to transport goods and materials to designated locations
  • load and unload cargo from the van
  • ensure all deliveries are made on time
  • follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the dispatcher
  • inspect the van for any mechanical issues before and after each trip
  • maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
  • communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • adhere to all traffic laws and regulations

Requirements

  • valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • previous experience as a delivery driver or in a warehouse environment is a plus
  • excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team
  • be able to provide 5 years address history
  • be able to provide 5 year reference history
  • DBS / CRC Check
  • airside Application to obtain full airside ID
  • full Manual Driving Licence

hgv driver

Responsibility

  • safely complete all driving duties for goods delivery
  • maintain excellent customer service and professionalism
  • carry out routine vehicle inspections and follow safety standards
  • ensure reliable and punctual deliveries

Requirements

  • valid HGV Class 1 licence with proven commercial driving experience
  • good communication and customer service skills
  • self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
  • FLT experience desirable but not essential
  • strong work ethic with a customer-focused approach
  • HGV Driving: 2 years
