  • analyse and record the key issues of all complaints to ensure accurate reporting for quality purposes and ownership for long term service improvements
  • where necessary, take escalated contacts from Customer Service Advisors and resolve and first contact with the customer

commercial manager

Responsibility

  • maximise vehicle/driver utilisation and yields across all NXTS ‘owned’ depots within the region
  • ensure all reports, statistical and administration requests are met in a timely, relevant and accurate manner
  • manage the provision of regular trading reports across our weekly and monthly MI reporting cycles
  • where appropriate, propose and improve existing reporting processes to streamline tasks in search of efficiencies
  • ensure every vehicle/driver day across each NXTS ‘owned’ depot with the region is sold at the best possible price to deliver against structured revenue targets and agreed KPIs
