Responsibility
- managing the information gathering of reported crime and procedural breaches within defined sectors of responsibility, ensuring the appropriate response is delivered
- monitoring all revenue linked activity and ensure retention
- establishing and maintaining effective working partnerships with all levels of Management within pre-defined sectors, assisting them to identify threats and hazards, assessing their individual vulnerabilities to determine risk to revenue and recommend solutions
- proactively visiting and assessing all sites to review security and ensure policies and procedures are being followed in order to limit and prevent loss to the business
- ensuring that all locations identified as high risk have an action plan to reduce the risk and is in line with agreed objectives/Company processes
- liaising with the police and other external authorities where required in the investigation of incidents or to develop relationships which will assist in the prevention of loss or crime
- analyse statistical reports and monitor performance as required using all available data and investigate anomalies which could be caused by theft / crime
- the role will be responsible for ensuring all our operations are free from hazards when conducting site visits, doing patrols or health and safety inspections
