  • we are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven individual to take ownership of the stores and support the operations team with coordinating fleet, checking equipment, assisting our fibre engineers with their requirements and managing the stores

Requirements

  • picking and stocking field team vans on a daily and weekly basis to ensure that all install requirements are met
  • picking and delivering stock to engineers to ensure that sufficient supply of stock required is available for field staff
  • taking delivery of stock on a daily basis from suppliers
  • stock count on a daily basis to ensure stock levels and to prevent stock loss

Requirements

  • minimum of2 years working in a similar role preferred
  • FTTP Fibre installation experience is preferred but the right attitude is more important to us
  • you will be required to ensure our risk assessments are carried out and all processes are followed regarding permits
  • you should show effective problem solving and interpersonal skills, a focus on teamwork and brilliant customer service
  • you should possess good logical skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and be willing to find the best customer solutions possible
  • nano covers different areas of the country so you may have to travel some times
  • as you will be visiting homes around your area you will need a valid UK driver's licence

  • proven experience in payroll administration, with a thorough understanding of UK payroll processes and legislation
  • knowledge of NEST pensions and other UK pension providers
  • strong knowledge of pension administration, including auto-enrolment and pension contributions
