sign off and critique drawing package prior to construction
to client manage the contractors maintaining great relationships throughout the process of refurbishing a restaurant
to manage the clients direct, i.e. all HVAC and equipment ordering and installation
to update and communicate the programme and progress to all appropriate persons within Nando’s
gain sign off on any refurbished restaurants from Nando’s operations team
to co-ordinate the tender process and appoint the best contractor for each project undertaken
to promote best practice within the Project Management function and constantly look to improve processes and procedures
to ensure all aspects of Health & Safety are adhered to including completion of Health & Safety files and store completion files
Requirements
proven experience in Project Management, preferably from a large, multi-site environment
