compliance manager
Responsibility
- maintain authoritative knowledge of current EU and UK data regulation and best practice data integrity and security practices
- provide compliance assurance to the business
- provide capacity building and training to the business in respect of compliance related matters
- responsible for reviewing and updating of policies e.g. modern slavery, anti-bribery and corruption etc
- act as the company subject matter expert and focal point for compliance and data protection related matters , providing day-to-day support to the business
- review and preparation of basic legal agreements – such as NDA’s and T&C’s from subscriptions or suppliers
- collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyse emerging and developing regulation in order to support the business to assess and understand their impacts and to plan and implement required changes in a timely manner to remain compliant
- lead on due diligence activities for the Namene Group – supply chain, commercial contracts
