Responsibility
- prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- operate and maintain grill equipment
- ensure food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and presented in an appealing manner
- monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or needs to the supervisor
- clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- note: This position may also involve assisting with catering events as needed
Requirements
- previous experience as a grill cook or in a similar role preferred
- knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team
