Requirements
- have an understanding and experience of material/stock management techniques, inventory control methods, and procedures
- previous experience of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, dealing with different product types
- experience in supervising and coordinating the work of team members
- working knowledge of current UK and European Health and Safety regulations
- the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- proactive can-do attitude
- able to work cooperatively within a team
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibility
- sign for goods received into the warehouse, update the stock system, and advise Campaign Managers of the delivery
- housekeeping: Ensure a clean and safe warehouse environment for staff to work in, remove hazardous products or debris from the site in line with safety regulations
- manage and give direction to members of the team, provide coaching and guidance where required
- contact couriers to coordinate dispatch and delivery of goods
- update and maintain the N2O asset catalogue / register
- pick and pack event kits, EM kits, Field Support Kits, ready for loading, and label accordingly
- inventory and communicate inventories of returned campaigns to the relevant campaign team
- manage the planning, coordinating and monitoring the receipts, and dispatch of goods
