Responsibility

  • N Cole Plastering and Dry Lining Ltd is an established plastering, rendering, screeding and drylining contractor
  • we are searching for a quantity surveyor to join our small team based in Southampton, Hampshire
  • our work is a mixture of small projects with local builders, self-builders, and contractors through to small new housing sites and one-off luxury developments
  • part of the role will be working dynamically with our contracts manager and management to assist with any specifications, ordering materials and site set-up as needed
  • the ideal applicant would need to be comfortable with working with contract sizes from a few thousand pounds, to £500k+
  • agreeing final accounts
  • pricing and assessing variations where they occur
