Responsibility
- myrecruit are looking for a part time onsite co-ordinator for our ecommerce client based in Swinton M28
- the role will involve the following
- coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- assist with creating job postings and advertising open positions on various job boards and social media platforms
- schedule interviews and coordinate onsite inductions
- conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires
- assist with onboarding new employees and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
- working hours can be discussed to suit candidates needs, but would need to be around 10am - 3pm. Monday to Friday. Some out of office work maybe required during busy periods
