Responsibility
- to support the Facilities Team, Head of Facilities & Construction, Senior Facilities Manager, and Senior Facilities Administrator with day-to-day administrative support
- track, monitor, and report accurately on CAPEX cashflow and the status of projects
- issue the weekly Project Review Meeting Agenda to higher management and attend the meetings, taking actions and updating previous actions at every meeting
- obtaining all certifications for completed projects, collating handover documents, and updating our Facilities Compliance Administrator
- leading weekly calls with our Facilities Project Managers to understand the status of live projects
