  • we have an exciting new role for a Food Production Operative to join our growing food production arm of our business
  • ensure recipes and specs are followed at all times
  • we will be launching in a large retailer in January 2023
  • ensure that all work completed meets the standards set out by SALSA/ BRC regulations
  • work alongside internal / external departments to maintain SALSA accreditation
  • responsible for completing tasks related to SALSA and accurately updating paperwork
  • picking, packing and dispatching deliveries
  • ensure correct handling of goods in / goods out and a good rotation of stock at all times

Requirements

  • handling and prepping food
  • operating food production machinery preferred
  • food Production experience preferred
  • working in a kitchen or a food production environment
  • SALSA or BRC Experience preferred
  • full clean driving licence preferred
