MY DAILY LEADERSHIP is looking for employees for positions:
- serve as the main point of contact for all clients as their dedicated 'Leadership Success Manager'
- coordinate the smooth running of day-to-day client-related operations
- utilise and update CRM systems to manage the client journey proactively
- keep accurate records and document client actions
- set-up and manage client engagement agreements
- prepare online and physical materials for clients as required
- work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to review client processes and experience to make improvements
- take ownership of client issues and follow problems through to resolution
- A-Level Qualifications
- BA/BSc Hons Degree Qualification
- expert in MS Office
- experience in similar client-facing role
- exceptional organisational skills and record-keeping
- experience using CRM software
- high attention to detail
- customer service orientation
