Working hours

Responsibility
- provide high-quality care and support to elderly individuals in their homes or residential care facilities
- assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication management
- monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements
- assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up
- engage in meaningful conversations and activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation
- accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings as needed
- maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided
Requirements
- compassionate and patient demeanor
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and time management abilities
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- knowledge of basic first aid and CPR techniques
- experience working with elderly individuals or in a similar caregiving role is preferred
