  • installing and replacing lightbulbs and fixtures

Requirements

  • proven experience as a skilled Labourer/Handyman, preferably in a similar maintenance role
  • proficient in a variety of maintenance tasks, including door replacement, light fixture installation, silicone sealing, and general repairs
  • previous experience in handyman/skilled labouring work and maintenance is essential
  • strong attention to detail and ability to accurately identify maintenance needs
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
  • excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • effective time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • maintenance: 1 year
