  • A senior construction recruitment consultant is now sought
  • you will manage an existing team of experienced recruiters and run your own warm desk
  • you will also liaise with senior management in relation to budgets and targets for the team
  • competitive base plus individual commission and an additional bonus calculated on team performance
  • our client is a highly respected construction recruitment team, working with longstanding clients across a wide range of built environment sectors, both private and public sector
  • your management responsibilities will include monthly one-to-ones with each team member: encouraging, advising and discussing targets and pipelines etc
