  • manage GMP intake process and onboarding of participants
  • develop intervention strategies for "at-risk" GMPs. Conduct exit interviews for all leavers of GMP. Support a "stay" interview culture

Requirements

  • several years experience in global or regional talent management, people and leadership development
  • experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership development programs
  • experience in coaching and career development for executives
  • previous experience working with talent diagnostic tools
  • previous experience working with multiple partners and deep understanding of people priorities
  • intercultural experience working with an international team
