Requirements
- previous experience as a baker in a restaurant or catering setting is required
- knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately
- attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- creativity and artistic skills for decorating baked goods
