we are looking for someone who is passionate about baking, happy to work as part of a team

post includes every part of baking from preparation to the final product including cleaning duties associated with the day to day running of a bakery
this person must be self motivating, and able to respond to the demands of the business with regards to speed and be able to cope with being on their feet most of the day
collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate production schedules
clean and maintain baking equipment and work area

Requirements
previous experience as a baker in a restaurant or catering setting is required
knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
ability to follow recipes and measurements accurately
attention to detail and strong organizational skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
creativity and artistic skills for decorating baked goods
