Requirements
come from a quality restaurant background with a minimum of 1 year’s managerial experience
have strong managerial skills
need to be passionate about Food & Beverage and provide first class bar service
be able to provide exceptional standards of service and customer care under pressure
demonstrate excellent time management skills
be experienced in bar sales forecasting, along with an understanding of GP’s and cost control
able to achieve budgeting targets and achieve targeted margins, and drive sales and promotional initiatives
