- handle a case load of motor claims from first notification of loss though to closure of the claim
- using your claims handling experience in order to settle claims minimising potential for increased costs
- using initiative to handle/ settle claims minimising potential for increased costs
- acting as friendly point of contact for customers, ensuring effective customer communication is met
- handling a portfolio of Employers/Public/Property Owners &Products liability claims from first notification of loss through to closure of the claim
- managing a caseload of claims ranging from €/£10,000 - €/£50,000
- management of the clients claim including the repair of client’s vehicle in line with industry guidelines to ensure a smooth conclusion
- inbound/Outbound call handling
- passionate for providing the best customer service
- minimum of 2 years claims experience, preferably in a senior claims role
- 1-5 years’ experience required in handling Employers/Public/Property Owners &Products liability claims
- 1-5 years’ experience required in handling Property Claims
- experience in multitasking
- TDDP, CH, PI experience
- excellent communication skills, with a strong customer focus
- experience facilities management, organising engineers or motor claims management
