Responsibility
- handle a case load of motor claims from first notification of loss though to closure of the claim

- managing a caseload of claims ranging from €/£10,000 - €/£50,000
- management of the clients claim including the repair of client’s vehicle in line with industry guidelines to ensure a smooth conclusion
- inbound/Outbound call handling

- support in the handling of low level complaints and complex enquires

- liaising with external companies such as our lawyers and broker partners to provide robust information and case management allowing them to assist in the settlement of our clients’ losses
- inbound and outbound call handling, capturing correct data and acting at a first point of contact for customers, insurers and legal providers

- responsible for day-to-day work allocation for the team
- MPL Claims Management is ERGO’s own in-house third-party administrator managing multi line claims including property, casualty, and motor for both its own and external customers
- manage invoices received from the authorised hire and repair partners, ensuring they are accurate, and register payments onto the claims system for approval
- provide support with team training when required
- take a detailed approach to reconcile accounts and recover outstanding payments, ensuring all correct infoamtion is collcted
Requirements
- passionate for providing the best customer service
- minimum of 2 years claims experience, preferably in a senior claims role
- 1-5 years’ experience required in handling Employers/Public/Property Owners &Products liability claims
