Responsibility

  • responsible for 7\*8hr trouble shooting on CUEU related Transmission and IP network
  • responsible for 7\*8hr EUNOC email and CU OSS2.0 Trouble System answering for trouble shooting
  • responsible for 7\*8hr EUONDUTY email answering for end customer of their desktop system trouble and trouble shooting
  • responsible for following up all related trouble tickets and escalating cases in CUEU and CU internally
  • responsible for sorting and sending plan, maintenance work and emergency outage notification to end customer or related partners
  • responsible for checking network element twice a day
  • responsible for checking performance of important service accordingly and other temporary checking missions
  • responsible for provisioning of trouble recovery and migration

Requirements

  • basic network technical knowledge or related computer major
  • basic operation system or related ICT knowledge
  • good communication skill and strong sense of responsibility
  • certification of CCNA or HCNP would be considered priority
  • good communication skills
