- sell & book Mountain Goat products and meet the needs of our customers
- answer incoming customer communications from various channels in a professional and timely manner
- scheduling social media posts via Hootsuite for 4 organisations
- managing social media including posting updates and responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
- dealing with customer enquiries via phone, email & in person
- communicating with clients, customers, and agents, nationally and internationally
- using website analytics to understand the way users interact with our website

- sell & book Mountain Goat products and meet the needs of our customers

- assist the Sales & Marketing manager with campaigns, social media, website work as and when required
- assist in growing business in areas advised by your manager
- compiling itineraries for clients and making recommendations
- follow sales budgets and work towards targets set by your manager
- completing quotation with assistance of company resources
- strong commitment to achieve targets and overcome challenges
- customer Care – Ensuring the wellbeing and safety of our customers at all times
- confidence - Provide engaging commentary during a tour
- licence – To hold all of the appropriate qualifications and licences to drive the minibuses
- vehicle safety – Ensure that the vehicle is checked for safety before use and to report any defects
- vehicle condition – Ensure the vehicle is clean
- driving: 2 years
- driving law – To adhere to all regulations with regard to driving a minibus including driver hours, alcohol and drugs, Highway Code and speed limits
