- Install and configure software and hardware, including EPOS tills, Windows 10 systems, laptops, desktops, mobile and tablet devices
- manage the Microsoft 365 environment
- set up accounts workstations and mobile devices
- monitor system performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- respond to helpdesk tickets and troubleshoot issues with hardware and software
- upgrade systems with new releases and models
- develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
- assist with technology requirements of our Events division
