you’ll be responsible for managing and preparing competitive tenders and framework submissions from first principles for both new-build and refurbishment projects
about You
you’ll hold an HND/HNC, BSc degree in Quantity Surveying, or estimating experience, or other equivalent qualification
you’ll have experience in a similar role, tendering significant bids to win profitable work, demonstrating an innovative and commercial approach
A full UK driving licence is essential

about You
you’ll have some experience of AutoCAD and be comfortable handling situations and problems
as our Senior Site Engineer, you’ll be responsible for day-to-day surveying and setting out of engineering and building works on various sites within the region
you will ensure quality control requirements are met and recorded in accordance with specification and operate and promote a high standard of Health & Safety and environment compliance
