  • we are looking to recruit a Grounds Maintenance Operative in Hunslet, Leeds to carry out day to day responsive and planned maintenance works in line with contract specification to tenanted properties and communal areas
  • working to deliver the best quality service, you’ll be required to carry out a variety of technical service tasks with regards to landscaping maintenance, flora and fauna, trees, shrubs and lawns
  • you’ll manage all tools and equipment necessary for grounds and building works, ensuring all PPE is provided and materials ready prior to undertaking any tasks
  • you’ll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device , working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience
