Responsibility
- to raise and resolve any internal queries with relevant departments
- process Starter & Leaver administration
- to maintain good housekeeping standards and comply with the Health & Safety requirements of the Company
- assist with recruitment – posting jobs using various platforms, reviewing applications, CV’s and organising interviews
- liaise with external providers to organise staff training
- assisting the HR Department in the day-to-day administration of HR compliance
- to continually strive to improve the departmental process
- provide administrative support to the Payroll function
Requirements
- must possess at least one year’s relevant experience in HR administration
- must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- must be able to demonstrate an up to date knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements
- must be tactful, confidential and diplomatic when dealing with people, treating them with dignity and respect at all times
