Responsibility

- manage the Purchase Order System in order to ensure data accuracy
- the Sales Executive - Supply Chain role plays an integral part of the Mooboo Wholesale team and will have the opportunity to support the Supply Chain/Business Development team’ making a major contribution to the efficiency of the department
- cultivate and sustain relationships with both current and potential clients
- you will be a proactive sales professional whilst providing excellent administrative support including generating and reviewing orders, invoicing, coordinating with warehouse and delivery teams, preparing analytical reports, and ensuring deadlines are met and that data are inputted accurately
- keep closely monitoring the PO System to generate the invoices correspondingly
- clarify details of the orders with the customers • Ensure smooth delivery for the customers in a timely manner
- compile monthly/periodic analytical order reports for senior management to review
