- ensure a high-level availability of all Air conditioning plant and equipment
- electrical fault-finding and diagnosis
- mechanical fault finding and repair
- any other tasks to support the maintenance and facilities function
- ability to complete all PPM and reactive callouts to a full commercial range of air conditioning system Brands in a range of key clients premises
- apprentice trained experienced Airconditioning Engineer
- city & Guilds 2079
- excellent fault finding/diagnostic skills
- highly motivated attitude to working to a demanding schedule and be keen to work all over Northern Ireland
- capable of updating and completing all aspects of both the customers and our own in house service management systems
- full UK Drivers Licence
