Responsibility
- serve customers in a helpful and friendly manner and ask questions to establish customer needs
- effectively monitor and maintain the Safety Cloud system that the company use for health, safety and environmental management
- support branches and departments with both reactive and proactive marketing activity

- provide support to branches on Safety Cloud related issues via MS Teams or telephone
- measure the performance of marketing activity, providing analysis and ROI
- ensure customers have all the products they need before they leave the branch
- maintain monthly reports and spreadsheets
- undertake admin tasks and some elements of customer service
- check customers paperwork, ensuring only goods listed on the advice note are given to the customer
- arrange meetings and training courses, as required
- develop strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- pick and assemble orders for both delivery and collection, matching picking notes to the driver delivery notes
- answering the telephone and directing relevant queries to other members of the team
- undertake regular stock takes and advise on low stocks
- ordering supplies and equipment for the Dept
- order goods within branch guidelines
- ensure any goods that are damaged are dealt with as per company guidelines
- always wear the necessary Personal, Protective Clothing as issued when at work
- keep the yard/warehouse clean, neat and tidy
- adhere to all H&S policies
- work across the full marketing mix including website, email, SMS, print, social media, PR, digital display screens, ecommerce, SEO, PPC and more media
- any other duties and responsibilities commensurate with the accountabilities of the role
- you will work as part of our Central Support offices in Hull. As a \*S.H.E.-Technician L3 Apprentice you will provide excellent admin support to our established H&S team
