- drive teams of dryliners across new build sites within Devon
- the role will be for a labourer/Driver to assist a team of operatives within our dryline arm. The main duties for the role will be as follows
- general labouring for all aspects of drylining, such as loading out boards, loading out fixings, managing on site materials, mixing materials
- driving: 3 years
- clean Driving license
- converse with housing developers regarding post occupational snagging works
- liaise with house owners to ascertain an appropriate time for works to be carried out within agreed timescales
- manage customer care operative's diaries to book appointments, maximising working potential
- monitor the performance of customer service staff to ensure they are delivering a high quality of service
- maximise department's potential for chargeable works
- obtain order numbers and raise sales invoices for chargeable works
- chase overdue invoices for Customer Care department
- update housing developer's works outstanding list and return to developers

- the MJS Group are looking for Painters and Decorators for multiple jobs around the Taunton area
- experience working on new build sites will be advantageous however a demonstrated ability to complete the roles will suffice
- must have CSCS card, own transport and tools
- pay can be varied from price work to day work or hourly
- the works will involve
