deliver weekly COS reconciliations and GP analysis; highlight drivers and actions
maintain deposit schedules for events and prepayments with auditable support
reporting into the Group Finance Controller,the Management Accountant supports the finance team by maintaining accurate sales and cost data,performing reconciliations,and preparing financial reports

reconcile customer deposits and aged debtors; chase and clear aged items to agreed SLAs
Requirements
strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
good understanding of reconciliations and management accounting principles
strong communication and teamwork abilities
ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
experience of working in hospitality is essential
knowledge of Xero,Toast,and Tenzo is a plus
this is a fully office-based role

oversee budgeting and rolling forecasts across all 7 restaurants and support office
weekly cash flow reporting
ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, and KPIs
lead a small finance team, fostering a best-in-class culture, accountability, and a can do attitude within the team
manage the payroll process to ensure our team are paid on time and accurately
ensure compliance with UK financial regulations, tax obligations, and HMRC requirements
identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and revenue growth
