- develop and implement financial reporting and analysis to support business growth and profitability, and ensure we meet our budgets
- oversee budgeting and rolling forecasts across all 7 restaurants and support office
- weekly cash flow reporting
- ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, and KPIs
