  • maintain sales budgets in Tenzo and update weekly breakdowns on the data master sheet
  • produce weekly and monthly turnover packs; refresh Flash and Brand Oracle figures on deadline
  • deliver weekly COS reconciliations and GP analysis; highlight drivers and actions
  • maintain deposit schedules for events and prepayments with auditable support
  • reporting into the Group Finance Controller,the Management Accountant supports the finance team by maintaining accurate sales and cost data,performing reconciliations,and preparing financial reports
  • reporting into the Group Finance Controller,the Junior Management Accountant supports the finance team by maintaining accurate sales and cost data,performing reconciliations,and preparing financial reports
  • reconcile customer deposits and aged debtors; chase and clear aged items to agreed SLAs

Requirements

  • strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • good understanding of reconciliations and management accounting principles
  • strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
  • experience of working in hospitality is essential
  • knowledge of Xero,Toast,and Tenzo is a plus
  • this is a fully office-based role

head of finance

Responsibility

  • develop and implement financial reporting and analysis to support business growth and profitability, and ensure we meet our budgets
  • oversee budgeting and rolling forecasts across all 7 restaurants and support office
  • weekly cash flow reporting
  • ensure the timeliness and accuracy of all financial reports including P&L, balance sheet, and KPIs
  • lead a small finance team, fostering a best-in-class culture, accountability, and a can do attitude within the team
  • manage the payroll process to ensure our team are paid on time and accurately
  • ensure compliance with UK financial regulations, tax obligations, and HMRC requirements
  • identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and revenue growth
