- post and validate weekly sales,resolving data gaps or variances same‑week
- maintain sales budgets in Tenzo and update weekly breakdowns on the data master sheet
- produce weekly and monthly turnover packs; refresh Flash and Brand Oracle figures on deadline
- deliver weekly COS reconciliations and GP analysis; highlight drivers and actions
- maintain deposit schedules for events and prepayments with auditable support
- reporting into the Group Finance Controller,the Management Accountant supports the finance team by maintaining accurate sales and cost data,performing reconciliations,and preparing financial reports
- reporting into the Group Finance Controller,the Junior Management Accountant supports the finance team by maintaining accurate sales and cost data,performing reconciliations,and preparing financial reports
- reconcile customer deposits and aged debtors; chase and clear aged items to agreed SLAs
Requirements
- strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- good understanding of reconciliations and management accounting principles
- strong communication and teamwork abilities
- ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- experience of working in hospitality is essential
- knowledge of Xero,Toast,and Tenzo is a plus
- this is a fully office-based role
