previous Care experience required
care coordinator might be required to do some care visits under emergencies and also when on call
care Coordinator needs to be able to do weekly rotas in advance to avoid delays on publishing on time

assist with the management of the rota’s
lead support and inspire the clinical team to deliver outcomes for the home
overall responsibility for the supervision, appraisal and performance management of the clinical team, supporting them to achieve their potential
ensure that all regulatory and statutory requirements are met and company policies and procedures are adhered to
ensure any requirements of a clinical perspective from internal and external audits are actioned within the timescales required
ensure nurses are up to date with prep in accordance with NMC guidance
manage the recruitment and training of the clinical team, ensuring training targets are met and the team are competent in their roles

RCVS Registration
doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree with a focus on equine medicine
licensed to practice veterinary medicine
strong veterinary experience, particularly with horses
proficiency in laboratory procedures and diagnostics
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in high-pressure environments and make quick decisions
commitment to ongoing education and professional development in veterinary practices
