Requirements
- frequent travel is to be expected as a result the job holder must be prepared to travel when required
- what's in it for you
- functional expertise in Preventative Maintenance, Inspection , Repair, Improvement , Turnarounds gained through practical experience and completing multiple end-to-end project lifecycles, including a good capability in SAP Plant Maintenance solutions design and configuration
- previously held a senior maintenance manager role either in a top tier petrochemical organisation or on major chemical, petrochemical or oil and gas projects with significant experience
- the job holder is expected to provide direction and leadership to a multifunctional, multinational, multi-location project team to successfully deliver the project objectives therefore must be able to demonstrate senior leadership qualities, strong people management skills and interpersonal awareness coupled with good communication, influencing skills and able to build and maintaining internal and external relationships
