miTek Mezzanine Systems Ltd are looking to recruit an experienced construction Site Manager
this role will suit an experienced Site Manager capable of managing a complex construction site on a day to day basis
including but not limited to supervision of labour, sub-contractors, planning and scheduling works and coordination of trades
checking materials, inspecting work and overseeing quality control ensuring the Project is delivered on time, to budget in a safe manner
steel construction: 3 years
this role will play an essential part in the management of installing the mezzanine structure and ancillary products, in accordance with the design, specification and to the required quality standard
to manage all construction related daily activities on the Project, liaising with the Customer and internal MiTek teams to ensure success of the overall Project
Responsibility
keep accurate records of daily activities, time sheets, site inductions, check deliveries and report any material shortages
