JOB TITLE: Warehouse / Facility Operative RESPONSIBLE TO: Workshop Manager PRIMARY FUNCTION: To ensure the efficient movement of goods in and out of the stores. COMPETENCY: Physically fit Full Driving license FLT driving certificate would be beneficial. Experience in store keeping warehouse functions Numerate and Computer literate. Previous use of SAP would be advantageous. Good general DIY skills. Excellent communication skills DETAILED FUNCTION: To maintain cleanliness in the service/workshop/warehouse areas and generally throughout the site. To complete routine site maintenance, undertaking repairs where necessary as detailed by line management. Routine maintenance of FLT and other equipment required for stores operations. To move units/spares around as required, using an FLT where appropriate. To collect and deliver components using company transport when required (with occasional overnight stay) To clean units/components using the steam cleaning system as appropriate To receive, inspect and report all goods inward. To raise orders/requisitions for all service spares To pick, pack and dispatch all spares for customer orders and the issue of service spares to the shop floor. Ensure the correct dispatch documentation for efficient deliveries via our ERP Assist with Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental procedures, as detailed by the Sustainability Manager Carry out any other duties that may be required and detailed by your Line Manager
