delivering a range that demonstrates and exhibits Mint Velvet handwriting
leading fit sessions to achieve the best results whilst being commercially brave
working closely with the Designer to interpret trends and develop a balanced and commercially relevant range
working closely with the Merchandiser to plan and manage profit targets at all times
managing & sourcing suppliers, working in partnership to achieve maximum output. Including regularly visiting the supply base
being a results focused and trading expert, balancing complex decision-making to maximise profit
managing your own team and shaping high performance, being prepared to work collaboratively & with care
